We regret to inform you that Cindy Lou Oliver-Reed passed away at the age of 62 on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at OSU in Columbus. Her five children were present by her bedside when she passed away. Cindy was born on August 14, 1961, in Marion, Ohio to the late Charles and Betty (Castor) Oney, and lived there her entire life. Cindy was a loving person who enjoyed fishing, spending time outdoors, and being with her family. She loved spending time with her daughters and shopping at her favorite store, Goodwill. Cindy also enjoyed watching her favorite TV shows. Cindy loved her baby girl Minnie she even made sure before passing she knew who was taking her baby.Minnie will forever miss her doggie mommy. She was a dedicated employee of Todco Overhead Door for many years. Cindy married her high school sweetheart October 7. 1977 William S. Oliver, who died in 1991.

Cindy is survived by her five children: Vicki (Bud) Weaver, Jonathan Oliver, Tanya (Chris) Davis, Nikki Oliver, and Billie (Charity) Oliver. She also had 14 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Cindy is survived by sister Wanda (Roger) Owens. Brother Tommy Oney. Cindy is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Her parents, brothers Earl Oney, Roger Oney, Scotty Oney, and Herbie Oney, and her sister Linda Keating predeceased her.Cindy will always be remembered for her kind heart and willingness to help anyone in need. Visitation will be held at Boyd's Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 20th, from 11 A.M until 1:00 PM, followed by a graveside service at 1:30 PM in the Grand Prairie Cemetery. Donations and flowers can be made to Boyd's Funeral Home.
